Report content or behaviour

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, unsafe, abusive, privacy-invasive or contrary to the TrigPoint Terms. You do not need an account.

• Include the URL of the bike or page and, for a comment, the comment text or author.
• Explain what is wrong and which person or group is affected.
• Include screenshots or other context if helpful, but do not resend illegal material unnecessarily.
• Say how we may contact you. You may omit your name, although that can limit our ability to investigate.
• If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.

What happens next

We will acknowledge reports where contact details are supplied, assess the content and context, and take proportionate action under our Terms and legal obligations. Action may include leaving content in place, restricting it, removing it or restricting an account. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law.

If you submitted the content or are directly affected, you may use the same address to challenge the outcome. Include the original report subject and explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can open Account settings and choose Delete account. This disables access and revokes sessions immediately. In production, the account remains recoverable for 30 days by registering and verifying the same email; permanent deletion follows after that deadline.
